- Cennet

Delete your Cennet account and data
In Cennet, open Settings → Account management → Delete server records and confirm. If you have uninstalled the game or cannot open it, email rhfu3697@gmail.com with the subject “Cennet account deletion request” and your public account code or nickname, if known. We will explain any ownership verification needed and delete the account and associated server records after verification.
Never send passwords, authentication tokens or recovery codes. Server deletion removes your account links, cloud backup, personal leaderboard and analytics records, trade records and purchase-verification records. Local progress remains on your device. Other players’ records and non-identifying statistics may remain. Daily security hashes derived from IP addresses are retained for 2 days. Failed Apple revocations retain encrypted retry material for up to 7 days, with cleanup within 24 hours after expiration. See the retention terms in our Privacy Policy. Google Play payment records and refunds are handled separately through Google Play.
